About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at the Ship Inn in Mousehole. As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met
  • Utilize menu writing processes to adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and guests
