About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Rose & Crown in Yealmpton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
