Job Title: School Unit Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our unit and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
- Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including managing inventories and monitoring budgets
- Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
- Support and train teams to excel in their roles
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of management experience within a similar sector or industry
- Experience managing teams in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
