Job Description:
A talented HR professional is required to join our People & Culture team as a Business Partner for Employee Experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across the business.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to business units, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. You will also be expected to develop a deep understanding of the business and its people needs, identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will have a minimum level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partnering environment. They will be highly organised, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others is essential, as well as the ability to foster an inclusive working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, a generous pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
