Child Health Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking nurse to join our integrated 0-19 team as a Public Health Nurse. As part of our award-winning team, you will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, working closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for children, young people, and families.
About the RoleYou will be working as part of a proactive skill-mixed team, delivering the Healthy Child Programme as part of the 0-19 Service, which includes Health Visiting and School nursing. You will be working closely with other local statutory, health, and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person-centered packages of care in response to individual and local need.
