Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telesales and Customer Support Executive to join our team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming telephone and email sales orders, providing technical information and back-up service for market-leading products, and proactively contacting designated accounts to advise on new products and special offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
