About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Professional to join our successful Sales team at Kinetech Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for booking appointments and generating leads for our Senior Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking meetings for the Senior Business Development Manager
  • Lead generation via telesales and research
  • Building and maintaining data / contact lists using existing data and data tools
  • Bringing discipline to data management and coding within the business to create a robust CRM for the sales team

About You

  • Proven track record in an appointment setting / telesales role, preferably in the Tech / Software sales industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
