Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a Telesales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales management, excellent communication and customer management skills, and the ability to lead from the front. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing a telesales team, achieving revenue growth and attaining monthly and quarterly targets, and providing good customer service. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, a team player, and a strong communicator. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage a telesales team to advise and sell solutions over the phone.
* Achieve revenue growth and attain given monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs by successfully managing the assigned sales team.
* Disciplined use of sales CRM system, monitoring daily call activities for productivity and quality assurance.
* Customer management such as handling customer complaints and enquiries via phone.
* Support fellow managers in daily operations and developing key metrics to achieve success in team's performance and organisational goals.

* Proven track record in telesales management

* Ability to lead from the front
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience in a manufacturing company
