Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the club area, including welcoming clients and maintaining a pristine environment.
- Ensure customer service processes are followed to the highest standards.
- Develop and coach the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Manage performance, including recognizing staff attitude to work, grievances, and disciplinary actions with the support of HR.
- Deputize for the Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English, with strong communication skills both spoken and written.
- Role model in customer service, with knowledge transfer to the team.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager is a plus.
- Previous management/supervision experience, ideally with recruitment, grievances, and disciplinary experience or good knowledge.
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering industries with up-market clientele.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt.
- Excellent presentation and detail-attention focused.
- Good understanding of food safety.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and early starts.
What We Offer:
- £36k per annum, including bonus, meal allowance, and taxi allowance.
