Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of care workers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
