About The Role
Graham Construction's Building Division is seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the Glasgow region.
We are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a passion for construction and delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, and HMNB Clyde Faslane.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to enhance their knowledge and understanding of NEC 4 contracts. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be motivated by working on exciting projects with a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide expert quantity surveying services to clients across the Glasgow region.
- To manage and coordinate project finances, ensuring accurate budgets and forecasts.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- To contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex project challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of NEC 4 contracts and UK construction law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
