We are seeking a highly experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 15 Customer Service advisors, helping them develop and strengthen your team with regular 1-2-1s and implementing growth strategies and performance measurements focusing on delivering the best customer care service.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a complete and thorough understanding of the end-to-end customer service process, be familiar with SLAs and KPIs, and have experience in managing customer complaints. You will be responsible for driving improvements in the customer experience across the business by providing motivational and inspirational leadership to consultants with varied skills and abilities, responsible for all aspects of customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and leading a team of 15 Customer Service advisors
  • Developing and strengthening the team through regular 1-2-1s and implementing growth strategies
  • Implementing performance measurements and delivering the best customer care service
Requirements:
  • Complete and thorough understanding of the end-to-end customer service process
  • Familiarity with SLAs and KPIs
  • Experience in managing customer complaints
Salary:

£35,000 - £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
