Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Assistant to join our team at Tri-County Ambulance Service, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and handling administrative financial tasks. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver an outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in completing quotations for additional works, administering web-based portals, and allocating works to contractors/engineers. They will also possess strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Assist with day-to-day contract running, including administrative financial tasks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our contract management processes.
  • Deliver an outstanding service and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Record and maintain Health and Safety information accurately.
  • Ensure subcontractor documents and profiles are up to date within the ACIMS.
  • Process quotes and close jobs after completion, ensuring financial accuracy and follow-on costs are accounted for.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and labour to complete jobs in full and confirm costs.
  • Approve invoices and chase direct labour and subcontractors for completed elements.
