Job Summary

This Residential Care Officer position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a key member of our residential setting, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, building trust and rapport to support their emotional well-being.
  2. Create and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and self-expression.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting student progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
