Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Special Needs Education Assistant in a SEND provision in Epping. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting students with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Complex Learning Disabilities, and those who hold a statement of educational need.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term position working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. You will work alongside a dedicated team that is positive, energetic, and committed to helping every pupil succeed. Your role will involve inspiring, motivating, and supporting each pupil to thrive, regardless of their challenges.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a friendly and positive approach to learning and support. A passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEND is essential, as well as the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with individual children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

About Our Commitment to Safeguarding:
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
