Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support children in their learning journey as an Educational Support Professional in our primary school in Harlow, Essex.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to support the academic development of KS2 pupils.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring engaging activities for all students.
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and well-being.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the teacher.
  • Support children in developing their confidence, social skills, and independence.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience working with children, preferably within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
  • Has a positive attitude and a commitment to promoting the wellbeing of all pupils.
