The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care and a passion for supporting students with SEN. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike. A salary of around £32,000-£40,000 per annum reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
- Assisting students with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Providing emotional support and counseling to students, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviors.
- Accompanying students on outings and trips, promoting their independence and social skills.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
