About the Role: Our Female Support Worker will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.

You will be responsible for encouraging service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, and developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families. Your ability to use your own initiative and work effectively within a team will be essential in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support.

Requirements: We are looking for someone who is passionate about person-centred care and has a strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of providing care and support to people with learning disabilities/mental health support needs, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will work effectively within a team, using your own initiative to provide tailored support to our service users.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus a one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period. You will also receive company-paid enhanced DBS, a pension with company contribution, and 28 days annual leave. Additionally, you will have access to our employee support programme and ongoing training opportunities.
