About the Role:

As a Senior Children’s Home Manager, you will oversee an OFSTED-regulated residential service providing person-centred support for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold OFSTED registration for children’s homes">
  • Manage residential services offering support to young people with EBD">
  • Develop and lead a highly skilled team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers">
  • Evaluate and improve service delivery to meet OFSTED standards">

A competitive salary up to £55,000 + performance-related bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a similar setting">
  • L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and L3 Diploma in Children and Young People">
  • Full driving licence">
