About the Role

We're looking for a sales superstar who can prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold outreach. You'll be responsible for discovering and demonstrating our services to potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating deals. Your strong communication skills, sales acumen, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will be essential in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Sales discovery and demonstrations to qualify prospects and showcase our services
  • Consultative selling through a deep understanding of clients' recruitment challenges and objectives
  • Relationship building and nurturing to ensure we remain front of mind and standout from our competition
  • Negotiation and closing through collaboration with clients to tailor pricing and service agreements
  • Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Market Intelligence about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Revenue Attainment, to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements

We're looking for a proven sales professional with a track record of success in B2B sales. You'll need experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, with IT recruitment a plus. You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
