Requirements

We're looking for a proven sales professional with a track record of success in B2B sales. You'll need experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, with IT recruitment a plus. You'll be an effective communicator with a results-oriented mindset, a focus on exceeding sales targets, and a strong understanding of sales process, methodologies, and qualification criteria. Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and experience with sales engagement platforms are also essential.
