Job Role:

As a Senior Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QHSE standpoint. This will involve implementing either new product development or a cost-saving route. You will also ensure health and safety procedures are upheld across the site to guarantee employee safety. Additionally, you will work to ISO 9001 regulation standards and be trained in NEBOSH.

The Responsibilities:
- Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QHSE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost-saving route.
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are upkept across the site to ensure employee safety.
- Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards alongside work to be trained in NEBOSH.
- Respond & Liaise surrounding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measures to ensure the issue is fixed.
- Implementing Quality Assurance Tools.
- Reduce waste, utilise renewable materials & energy.

The Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' worth of experience working as a quality engineer, QHSE manager within a manufacturing environment.
- A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 40001 etc).
- Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials etc).
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
