Our client, a leading Manufacturing business, is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Executive to join their management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and visitors across the site, with a focus on preventing accidents and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
  2. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to ensure that health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  4. Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  1. NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  2. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on health and safety.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
