About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our Eating Disorders Service as a Community Eating Disorders Practitioner.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide community and day care treatment to patients with Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, and support the roll out of our early intervention pathway and medical monitoring pathway.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based treatment to patients with eating disorders
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in research and audit to improve service delivery
