About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Eating Disorders Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing community and day care treatment to patients with Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide community and day care treatment to patients with eating disorders
  • Support the roll out of the early intervention pathway within the service and our new medical monitoring pathway
  • Work closely with a more experienced member of staff to develop skills and gain confidence in eating disorders
  • Ensure that clinical practice is evidence-based and participate in research and audit
  • Follow up on any complaints or incidents and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed in line with Trust Policy and Procedures
