Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Eating Disorders Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with eating disorders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly developing service that provides excellent learning and development opportunities. You will be responsible for providing community and day care treatment to patients with Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, as well as supporting the roll out of our early intervention pathway and medical monitoring pathway.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based treatment and support to individuals with eating disorders
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in research and audit to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures
