Key Responsibilities:

- Provide user support to SME's
- Troubleshoot networking problems
- Produce procedural documentation, helping technicians with 'how-to' guides.
- Ensure that IT support services are delivered in a timely and effective manner, meeting agreed SLA's
- Monitor and review service levels and ensure KPI's are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking technologies
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
