About the Role:

As a member of our Stock Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are beautifully presented and available to our customers in the run up to Christmas and during our End of Season Sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Locate, pack and transfer stock in and out of store, meeting deadlines to deliver to our customers on time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service to customers.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance your skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
