Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Pertemps Tamworth. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, working closely with depot operations to resolve queries, and utilizing our in-house CRM systems to implement long-term solutions to customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to internal and external clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with depot operations to resolve queries and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Utilize our in-house CRM systems to implement long-term solutions to customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily targets and deadlines, working efficiently to achieve customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
