Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at CPI SELECTION. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide platinum-level service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Use CRM system (Zendesk) to manage customer interactions, track issues, and measure performance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
