The primary goal of this role is to support the local services centres in maximising courier handover, in line with the region's specific targets. The position will be responsible for ensuring all recruiting and onboarding processes are in place and adhered to, supporting the local sites to improve their courier engagement and retention rates through a number of proactive initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Previous experience in working within a recruitment, customer service, or administration environment is essential.
  2. Applicants must have their own transport as the role will be regionally based and will require travel to various sites.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
