Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Global Selling

Amazon Global Selling is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for how we communicate to our Sellers about Amazon products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of complex product marketing initiatives to define the strategy and measurement.
  2. Aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources to formulate the product marketing strategy.
  3. Understand, measure, and evaluate how your initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes.
  4. Anticipate risks, prevent/remove blockers, and recommend and/or build contingency plans.
  5. Communicate and align on marketing objectives, strategy, and milestones to senior leaders and/or key stakeholders.
  6. Own, develop, and implement content and communications product marketing plans, product content, and go-to-market strategies for each product.
  7. Work with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages.
  8. Build reports to provide visibility on content and communications marketing results, effectiveness, and conversions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field with 7+ years of product marketing experience (e-commerce/business management/retail) with an emphasis on data analysis.
  2. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  3. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  4. Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  5. Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
  6. Demonstrated ability to evaluate product adoption, traffic drivers, and performance of product marketing campaigns.
  7. Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights.
  8. Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
  9. 3+ years B2B marketing experience; technology or Seller service marketing preferred, and Marketplace Seller experience is a plus.
  10. 3+ years of experience in content marketing and community building to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
  11. Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
