About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Executive to join our team at Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Onboarding Executive in managing the client onboarding process, including performing in-depth checks on new and existing clients to assess their risk profiles.

You will work closely with our senior team members to ensure that all clients undergo thorough due diligence and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying high-risk or suspicious client profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CDD and AML checks on clients
  • Investigate and analyse client backgrounds and business activities
  • Evaluate client risk profiles
  • Maintain accurate client documentation

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in compliance or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and growth.
