Autism Education and Training Assistant

As an Autism Education and Training Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children with autism. You will work closely with our team of experienced educators to deliver high-quality teaching support, utilizing ABA principles and PECS as necessary.
**Responsibilities:**
- Organise workload for pupils and deliver teaching support using ABA and PECS (where appropriate).
- Participate in regular training and development reviews with senior leaders.
- Work in a High Dependency Unit on a 1:1 and small group basis with children diagnosed with autism.
