We are seeking a highly motivated Autism Teaching Professional to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism. Based in Solihull, our specialist school provides a unique and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized education plans, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions between lessons.

About Our School

Our school utilizes the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and the pyramid approach to education. This methodology gives pupils an effective means of communication using the Picture Exchange System. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment that caters to the needs of each individual pupil, offering personalized access to a differentiated curriculum that has breadth and balance appropriate to meet each child's needs.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with students with autism and knowledge of ABA and PECS methods are essential. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £95-£105 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
