About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our commercial vehicle sales team.

This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

As a leader in the function, you'll empower your team to meet targets and drive revenue.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, expand, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, monitor team progress, and provide ongoing feedback to drive results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry.
  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A Full UK Driving licence.
