Senior Sales Manager

The Growth Consultants is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through commercial vehicle sales.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that delivers exceptional results and builds strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Analyse sales data and prepare accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and provide relevant training or development to ensure ongoing improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry.
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- A Full UK Driving licence.
