Job Summary

The Growth Consultants is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through commercial vehicle sales.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that delivers exceptional results and builds strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and provide relevant training or development to ensure ongoing improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry.
  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • A Full UK Driving licence.
