About the Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right-hand person to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, providing strategic support and ensuring the effective management of the senior leadership team's time and workload.

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chief People and Transformation Officer's diary and inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality briefings, presentations, and notes for the leadership team.
  • Manage budgets, including travel and expenses, and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Undertake other duties and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the beauty, retail, or consulting industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work.
