Job Opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Glasgow. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care, working closely with all members of the care team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes and clinical governance to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
