This is a permanent opportunity, based in Wantage/Oxfordshire, with an estimated salary range of £30K-£35K per annum, dependent on experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support, managing budgets, and reporting on performance metrics.
About the Role:
- Operational planning at contract level, ensuring all operational requirements are met.
- Client interface, including listening to clients, taking notes, and investigating issues.
- Management of directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collation and reporting of management information and development of management systems.
- Contact point for enquiries from Calber departments.
- Stock control, provision, and maintenance of site reference manuals.
- Risk assessments and environmental procedures compliance.
- Establishment of excellent interpersonal relationships with clients, suppliers, employees, and outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of operational support at contract level, ensuring all operational requirements are met.
- Operational planning at contract level, with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
- Client interface, including listening to clients, taking notes, and investigating issues.
- Management of all directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Management of budgets, in liaison with the Operations Manager.
- Collation and reporting of management information and development of management systems.
- Provision and maintenance of site reference manuals, including Health & Safety documentation.
- Carrying out risk assessments as required.
