Join Concept Technical Resources, a leading provider of facilities management services, and take on the exciting role of Facilities Operations Manager - Site Coordinator.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our operations at contract level, ensuring that all requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent opportunity, based in Wantage/Oxfordshire, with an estimated salary range of £30K-£35K per annum, dependent on experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support, managing budgets, and reporting on performance metrics.

About the Role:

  • Operational planning at contract level, ensuring all operational requirements are met.
  • Client interface, including listening to clients, taking notes, and investigating issues.
  • Management of directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collation and reporting of management information and development of management systems.
  • Contact point for enquiries from Calber departments.
  • Stock control, provision, and maintenance of site reference manuals.
  • Risk assessments and environmental procedures compliance.
  • Establishment of excellent interpersonal relationships with clients, suppliers, employees, and outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provision of operational support at contract level, ensuring all operational requirements are met.
  2. Operational planning at contract level, with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
  3. Client interface, including listening to clients, taking notes, and investigating issues.
  4. Management of all directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  5. Management of budgets, in liaison with the Operations Manager.
  6. Collation and reporting of management information and development of management systems.
  7. Provision and maintenance of site reference manuals, including Health & Safety documentation.
  8. Carrying out risk assessments as required.
