The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch health and safety standards, carrying out day-to-day upkeep of the building and grounds, and providing exceptional service to our residents.

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will work closely with our management team to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. Your role will involve:

  • Maintaining the building and its surroundings to the highest standard
  • Carrying out routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including 1 free meal per shift, enhanced Bank Holiday pay, and increased Annual Leave entitlement.
