Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £45,000, plus a car allowance, will be offered to the successful candidate. Quarterly bonus schemes, a generous pension scheme, group life assurance, and private medical insurance are also part of the benefits package.

Job Description:
The Senior Town Planner will be responsible for planning applications and appraisals, attending meetings and site visits as required, and performing administrative duties to support the planning process. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
RTPI-accredited degree or relevant degree, MRTPI or close to achieving chartered status, and 2-4 years' industry experience are necessary requirements. Good organisational skills, time management, and Microsoft 365 proficiency are also expected.
