Financial Planning and Analysis, FP&A, Warwickshire, £36,000
HAYS are delighted to be partnering with a global Manufacturing business, headquartered in Warwickshire, to recruit for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract basis. This role will be responsible for preparing the budgetsand forecasts for international entities, while also providing analysis of variances for specific areas of responsibility. The role will also focus on balance sheet reconciliations and support of Operational and Strategic projects as required.
This role is paying up to £36,000 per annum and is being offered on a hybrid basis.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:

- Consolidate the analysis of the month end results.
- Ensure that the accounts are prepared accurately in accordance with US GAAP.
- Review results and provide explanations of variances.
- Organise & administrate the preparation of the budgets & forecasts.
- Prepare and issue the reporting packs to stakeholders.
- Undertake regular review of the packs and update as necessary.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly balance reconciliations in order to meet US GAAP requirements are met.
- Prepare the burden calculation and to ensure that the % is reviewed once a year.

In order to be successful in this role you will:

- Be qualified or part qualified in a recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience with good business interest/acumen.
- Have strong Excel skills.
- Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, Onestream, Hyperion are an advantage.
- Have excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
