Refuge Accommodation Worker Specialist

We are recruiting a Refugee Accommodation Worker Specialist to join our dedicated team at Refuge. This is an exciting opportunity to provide life-changing support to survivors of domestic abuse and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement holistic support plans that cater to the unique needs of each survivor
- Work closely with survivors, from initial admission to long-term move-on, ensuring seamless access to necessary services
- Partner with external agencies to guarantee comprehensive support for survivors, including housing, benefits, and legal aid
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for survivors, aligned with Refuge's guiding principles
- Capacity to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team
- Dedicated to promoting the autonomy and self-esteem of survivors
£15,397.12 per annum
