About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager, your primary function will be handling existing accounts and cross-selling, with some new business development involved. This is an amazing opportunity for any graduate looking to excel in the business world and establish a lucrative and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25-30k, with a Y1 OTE of up to £35-40k. You'll also have the opportunity to progress to a more senior role as your knowledge of the company widens. Our team is friendly and inclusive, with regular social events and a fun, modern office environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be educated to degree level, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team. You'll also need to be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in your career.
