**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and dispatch invoices for new and used cars, ensuring timely payments.
  • To manage the allocation of new vehicle registrations, minimizing delays.
  • To oversee the setup and invoicing of add-on products, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • To create and manage UVDs for finance teams, facilitating efficient transactions.
  • To coordinate transporters for new car sales, optimizing logistics.
  • To review and verify post-handover paperwork, guaranteeing compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, and Excel.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities.
  • Meticulous and accurate, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growth, with a commitment to professional development.
