Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Sales Administrator to join our team at LSH Auto - Mercedes Benz in Stockport.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration:

  • Invoice new and used cars ready for delivery.
  • Tax all new cars ready for delivery.
  • Allocate new vehicles with a new registration.

Vehicle Management:

  • Push and adjust vehicle PDI lines.
  • Set up and invoice add-on products ready for delivery.
  • Create UVDs for finance to process the new car contribution.

Operations:

  • Book transporters for new car sales.
  • Ensure post-handover paperwork is compliant with company policies.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, and Excel.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be numerate, accurate, and show attention to detail.
