Job Summary:

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team in West London. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancy, and discrimination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in advising clients on employment law matters, including contract review, termination, and dispute resolution.
  • Draft and review employment-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct research to support senior solicitors in complex employment law cases.
  • Prepare cases for Employment Tribunal hearings and represent clients in court.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years of experience in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to providing high-quality client service and contributing to business growth.
