As a key member of our employment law team, you will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancy, and discrimination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Clients on Employment Law Issues: Assist in advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancy, and discrimination.
- Draft Legal Documents: Draft legal documents, such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies.
- Conduct Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support senior solicitors in complex cases.
- Prepare Cases for Employment Tribunal Hearings: Assist in the preparation of cases for Employment Tribunal hearings.
- Liaise with Clients and Third Parties: Liaise with clients, counsel, and other third parties as required.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Employment Law: Keep up to date with changes in employment law and regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years experience in employment law.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
