Job Title: Asset Management Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Lawyer to join our team at Private Investigator Haverhill. As an Asset Management Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of private client matters, including estate and care fees planning, drafting and writing wills, and court of protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters with minimal oversight
  • Develop and implement effective estate and care fees planning strategies
  • Draft and write wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other legal documents
  • Advise clients on court of protection matters and trust administration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in private client law, particularly concerning wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues
  • Excellent client interaction skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Robust technical competence and ability to stay up-to-date with changes in the law
